1. Purchases in the apps

The Ruvy AI apps for Android and iOS are provided by GagaSoft. Purchases in the apps are processed by Google Play or Apple, not by Paddle.

Google Play (Android)

• Purchases in the Android app are processed by Google Play and follow Google Play’s refund policies.
• You can request a refund on Google Play, or email us at ruvyai@gagasofts.com with your Google Play order number (it starts with “GPA.”). We review requests under this policy and applicable law. If we approve a refund, it is issued through Google Play.

App Store (iOS)

• Purchases in the iOS app are processed by Apple. Apple decides refund requests for App Store purchases, and we cannot issue them ourselves.
• To request a refund, sign in at reportaproblem.apple.com and choose “Request a refund”. See Apple’s guide for details.

2. Purchases on our website

Purchases on ruvy.ai are provided by FOREST SOFT CO., LTD. When web purchases become available, our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all web orders and processes their refunds.

14-day refund window

• Ruby packs: you can request a refund within 14 days of purchase if the Rubies from that pack have not been used.
• Premium: you can request a refund of your first subscription payment within 14 days of that payment.
• Renewals: later renewal payments are generally not refundable, except where required by law. You can cancel at any time to stop future renewals. If you think you were charged by mistake, contact us.
• We may decline a request if there are signs of fraud or abuse of this policy, such as repeated purchases and refunds.

How to request a refund

• Go to paddle.net and choose “Request refund”, or use the support link in your Paddle receipt email.
• You can also email ruvyai@gagasofts.com with the email address you used at checkout and your order number. We will review the request and arrange the refund with Paddle.
• Paddle returns approved refunds to your original payment method where possible. It can take several business days for the money to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

3. Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel Ruvy AI Premium at any time. Cancelling stops the next payment. You keep Premium until the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancelling does not by itself refund the current period.

• Google Play: open your subscriptions on Google Play and cancel Ruvy AI. See Google’s guide.
• App Store: follow Apple’s guide to cancelling a subscription.
• For app subscriptions, cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.
• Website (Paddle): use the “Manage subscription” link in your Paddle receipt email, or go to paddle.net.
• Deleting the app or your Ruvy AI account does not cancel a subscription.

4. After a refund

• When a refund is issued, the Rubies or Premium benefits from that purchase are removed from your account.
• Free Rubies from recharges or ads, and other free rewards, have no cash value and cannot be refunded.

5. Your legal rights

Some countries give consumers additional rights, such as a right to withdraw from a purchase within a set period. Where those rights apply, they take priority over this policy. For digital content that is delivered right away, the law in some countries allows the right to withdraw to end once you start using the content, if you agreed to this at checkout.

If a purchase does not work as described because of a problem on our side, contact us. We will try to fix it and, where appropriate, arrange a refund.
