What is Ruvy AI?
Ruvy AI is a romantic AI chat and AI roleplay app for Android. Chat with an AI girlfriend, an AI boyfriend, or an AI companion, play interactive romance stories with one or several characters, and let each relationship grow at your own pace.
Is Ruvy AI free?
Yes. Ruvy AI is free to download on Google Play. Each message uses Rubies, which recharge automatically over time. You can also earn Rubies by watching a short ad or top up in the Store. Ruvy AI Premium adds unlimited chats without spending Rubies, deeper character memory, no ads, and private scenarios, and you can cancel anytime in Google Play.
What kinds of stories can I play?
Sweet romance, slow burn, flirty romance, friends to lovers, enemies to lovers, forbidden romance, healing romance, obsessive romance, dark romance, and fantasy romance. Pick one of the suggested choices or type your own reply, or tap Continue to let the story move on without sending a message.
Can I create my own AI character?
Yes. Describe their personality, how they speak, and how they treat you, then set the story and their first line, or let AI fill in the story settings for you. Generate a portrait with AI in the style you like or choose one from your gallery. You can put several characters in one scenario, give each their own greeting, and share it with a link.
Can I hear my character’s voice or create images?
Yes. Tap Listen to hear your character’s lines read aloud in their voice, and replaying it is free. Hold the mic button to talk, and your voice turns into a message. You can also create an image in the middle of a chat to capture a scene from your story. Voice and images use Rubies.
How does affinity work?
Every character has an affinity score that rises and falls with the way you talk to them, and your relationship moves through stages from guarded to an eternal bond. Reach 100 affinity and the bond is saved in your Hall of bonds with a free keepsake image. If affinity drops to zero, that relationship ends and you can start anew in a new story.
Can characters message me first?
Yes. When a chat goes quiet, your characters may message you first and you’ll get a notification. In Settings you can choose how often this happens, set quiet hours, or turn it off.
Is Ruvy AI available on iPhone?
Ruvy AI is available now on Android through Google Play. The iOS version is coming soon to the App Store.
Which languages does Ruvy AI support?
Ruvy AI is available in more than 80 languages, and you can filter story scenarios by language.
How do I delete my data?
Go to Settings in the app and tap Delete account, or send a request on our data deletion page. See the Privacy Policy for details.
